摘 要:针对传统锤击桩施工存在的信息化水平低、施工管理效率不高等问题,提出了锤击桩施工数智化管理系统的研发与应用。首先,通过对锤击桩施工过程的分析,设计了基于互联网和物联网技术的系统架构,包括数据读取模块、数据管理模块、施工控制模块和数据采集模块等;其次,利用人工智能和数据分析技术,开发了施工过程的实时监控和预警功能,包括桩长优化、配桩方案生成、施工数据自动化采集和报表自动生成等,提高了施工的安全性和效率;最后,通过实际案例的应用验证,证明了该系统在锤击桩施工中的可行性和实用性,为提升施工管理水平和工程质量提供了有效的技术支持。本研究为锤击桩施工的数智化管理奠定了基础,具有一定的理论和实践价值。In view of the low level of informatization and low efficiency of construction management in traditional hammer pile construction,the development and application of hammer hammer pile construction number intelligent system management system are put forward.Firstly,through the analysis of the construction process of hammered pile,the system architecture based on Internet and Internet of Things technology is designed,including data reading module,data management module,construction control module,data acquisition module and so on.Then,using artificial intelligence and data analysis technology,the real-time monitoring and early warning function of the construction process is developed,including pile length optimization,pile allocation scheme generation,automatic construction data collection and automatic report generation,etc.,to improve the safety and efficiency of construction.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the system in the construction of hammered piles are proved through the application of practical cases,which provides effective technical support for improving the level of construction management and project quality.This study lays a foundation for the numerical intelligent management of hammer pile construction,and has certain theoretical and practical value.
