摘 要:针对通感一体化技术(ISAC)中WIFI通信对多频带、圆极化的需求,提出一种基于缝隙耦合的三频带圆极化贴片天线。通过对矩形贴片天线进行切角处理,实现2.4GHz频带圆极化辐射,利用贴片和地板上的对称耦合缝隙槽,新增5.2和5.8 GHz两个频带辐射谐振频点,有效拓宽天线的阻抗带宽(IBW)。设计2×2相移旋转馈电天线阵列,利用馈电相位依次滞后90°,有效拓宽天线的轴比带宽(ARBW),天线最佳优化尺寸为78.7 mm×78.7 mm×1.6 mm。仿真和测量结果表明,天线的阻抗带宽分别为2.4~2.6,5.17~5.35和5.72~5.85 GHz,3 dB圆极化轴比带宽分别为2.38~2.82,5~5.5和5.6~6 GHz,峰值增益分别达到2.4,2和2.88 dBi。该三频带圆极化天线具有结构简单、剖面低和尺寸小等优点,可应用于WIFI三频带通信。A tri-band circularly polarized patch antenna was proposed based on slot coupling for WIFI communication in integrated sensing and communication(ISAC).Circularly polarized radiation in 2.4 GHz frequency band was achieved by chamfering the rectangular patch antenna.By using etched symmetric coupling slots between the patch and floor,two new resonant frequencies at 5.2 GHz and 5.8 GHz band were introduced to effectively broaden the impedance bandwidth(IBW)of the antenna.A 2×2 phase-shift rotating-fed antenna array was designed.The axial ratio bandwidth(ARBW)of the antenna was broadened effectively by sequentially using the feed phase delay of 90°.The optimized dimension of the antenna is 78.7 mm×78.7 mm×1.6 mm.The simulation and experimental results show that the impedance bands of the antenna are 2.4-2.6 GHz,5.17-5.35 GHz,and 5.72-5.85 GHz,respectively.The 3 dB circular polarization axial ratio bandwidths are 2.38-2.82 GHz,5-5.5 GHz,and 5.6-6 GHz,respectively.The peak gains can reach up to 2.4 dBi,2 dBi,and 2.88 dBi,respectively.The tri-band circularly polarized patch antenna has the advantages of simple structure,low profile,and small dimension,which is suitable for the WIFI tri-band communication.
