场域理论视角下社工站在城乡社区治理路径的比较研究

摘　　要：处于城市和农村不同场域下的社区,在经济资本、文化资本、社会资本和惯习等方面存在显著差异,这种差异带来了居民需求的不同。通过对天津市城区H社工站和农村L社工站的比较分析发现:城市社区居民的需求主要集中在社区参与与融合、精神生活的丰富和有效平等的沟通平台三个方面;而农村社区居民则更关注提升经济水平、满足情感需求和创造友好的社区环境。因此,乡镇社工站与街道社工站应根据不同场域下居民的需求进行分类治理:城市社区可采取包容性治理方式,农村社区则应侧重于内生型利益和情感共同体的建设。基于此,社工站应重视挖掘社区内部资源,将“助人自助”的理念融入社区治理的本土化实践。Communities in different urban and rural contexts exhibit significant differences in economic capital,cultural capital,social capital,and habitus,leading to varying resident needs.A comparative analysis of the H social work station in urban Tianjin and the L social work station in a rural area reveals that urban community residents primarily focus on three aspects:community participation and integration,enrichment of spiritual life,and the establishment of an effective and equitable communication platform.In contrast,rural community residents place greater emphasis on improving economic conditions,fulfilling emotional needs,and creating a friendly community environment.Therefore,social work stations in townships and urban streets should adopt differentiated governance strategies based on the specific needs of residents in different contexts.Urban communities may benefit from an inclusive governance approach,while rural communities should prioritize the construction of endogenous interests and emotional communities.Based on this,social work stations should emphasize leveraging internal community resources and integrating the concept of"helping people help themselves"into localized community governance practices.
