伊犁河中下游水量供需平衡分析

摘　　要：为了研究伊犁河流域水资源开发利用对中下游生产、生活和生态用水的影响,采用水资源供需平衡分析法,对伊犁河中下游需水和来水关系进行了分析探讨。结果表明:将伊犁河中下游区域各用水主体统筹考虑,包括巴尔喀什湖在内整个伊犁河中下游区域现状来水与用水的情况下,伊犁河中下游来水量196.75亿m^(3),与耗水量197.47亿m^(3)基本持平,伊犁河中下游及巴尔喀什湖现状水量处于平衡状态。可在此基础上,后续进一步分析伊犁河中下游区域耗水量中的不合理因素,为包括上游在内的伊犁河全流域水资源开发利用和保护提供技术支撑。To study the influence of development and utilization of water resources in Ili River Basin on the production,living,and ecological water use in the middle and lower reaches of the river,the traditional water supply and demand balance analysis method was adopted.The relationship between water demand and inflow in the middle and lower reaches of Ili River was analyzed and discussed.The results showed that by considering the overall water use of various water users in the middle and lower reaches of Ili River,including Lake Balkhash under the current conditions of inflow and water use,the inflow of 19.675 billion cubic meter and the consumption of 19.747 billion cubic meter in the middle and lower reaches of Ili River were basically balanced,which was in line with the current water balance status of the middle and lower reaches of Ili River and Lake Balkhash.In subsequent research,the unreasonable factors in water consumption in the middle and lower reaches of Ili River can be analyzed based on the study results,providing technical support for the development,utilization,and protection of water resources in the entire Ili River Basin,including the upstream.
