摘　　要：古代豫商具有悠久的发展历史,历经数千年的经营之路,既有辉煌又有坎坷,在不同的历史时期为社会发展和商品供给、满足各方需求提供了重要保障,推动了商品货币经济的繁荣。在长期的营商活动中,与优秀传统文化相结合,凝练出厚重的豫商文化和豫商精神,体现出和衷共济、经世济民、中庸和合等理念。同时,古代豫商还创造出许多有价值的经营方法,成为中原文化的重要组成部分,具有鲜明的区域特色和时代特征。Ancient Yu merchants have a long developmental history,going through thousands of years in business endeavors with both glory and hardship.In different historical periods,they played an important role in social development,commodity supply,and meeting diverse demands,thereby fostering the prosperity of the commodity and monetary economy.Through the long-term commercial activities,combined with the fine traditional philosophy,they have formed the profound Yu merchant culture and spirit characterized by harmony,mutual aid,statecraft for public welfare,and the doctrine of the moderation.Additionally,they devised numerous valuable business methods,which became an important part of the central plain culture with its distinct regional and epochal features.
