摘　　要：新媒体为政协民主实践创新提供了发展契机,其在民主治理和社会参与方面优势显著,局限性也较为突出。在融媒体蓬勃发展的时代背景之下,如何借助新媒体平台,更好地发挥政协在社会治理过程中的建言资政和凝聚共识的功能,民主政治融合新媒体平台的“何以可能”与“何以可为”,是一个迫切的现实问题,也是衡量现代化治理水平的重要指标。通过深挖新媒体资源、坚持群众路线、强化法治化建设、提高政协委员媒介素养等有效措施,直面新媒体时代的环境挑战,发挥新媒体的传播和平台优势,可以为构建基层民主治理现代化体系和人民政协融入式参与基层社会治理探索创新之路。New media provides the opportunity for the innovation in the democratic practice of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCCP),offering significant advantages in democratic governance and social participation,though its limitation is also notable.In the era of rapid development of integrated media,how to leverage the new media platform to enhance the role of CPPCC in offering suggestions and building consensus in social governance,as well as how to explore the feasibility and practical approach for integrating democratic politics with new media,these are the urgent real-world issues and the key indicator of modern governance capabilities.Through deeply utilizing the new media resources,adhering to the mass line,strengthening the legal framework,and improving the media literacy of CPPCC members,we can address the challenges of the new media era,harness its communication and platform advantage,and explore the innovative pathway for modernizing grassroots democratic governance and integrating the CPPCC into grassroots social governance.
