摘　　要：为推进教学改革,着力提升医学生培养质量,在临床医学五年制本科专业中实施三段式考核,评估其执行成效。三段式考核方式强调过程管理,促进综合能力提升,有效激发学生学习主动性。然而,在构建统一的考核评价体系、完善考核的内容设置、选择适当的考核方法和工具、强化医患沟通与人文素质培养、加强标准化病人(SP)队伍建设、注重考核的宣传和普及等方面,尚需进一步完善。To promote the teaching reform and improve the quality of medical students training,a three-stage assessment is implemented in a five-year clinical medicine undergraduate program,and its effectiveness is evaluated.This three-stage assessment method emphasizes process management,promotes the improvement of comprehensive capability,and effectively stimulates the students’learning initiative.However,some aspects need to be further improved:establishing a unified evaluation system,refining the assessment content,selecting the appropriated methods and tools,strengthening the doctor-patient communication and the humanistic literacy training,enhancing the building of the standardized patient(SP)team,and increasing the awareness and adopting of the assessment model.
