新商科背景下以企业为主体的产学研协同育人模式思考

摘  要:产学研协同育人模式自二十世纪初提出以来,历经百余年的探索和发展,日臻完善,并显示出在人才培养方面的优越性。随着我国的高等教育由精英教育向大众教育的转变,以及新商科概念的提出,以企业为主体的产学研协同育人模式为高校教育改革提供了新的思路和方向,也是高校开放式办学、服务地方经济社会发展的重要途径。以企业为主体的产学研协同育人模式的运行机制,包括互通有无的资源共享机制、优势互补的联合公关机制、共赢互惠的效益分配机制、勠力同心的资本融合机制、荣辱与共的风险分担机制。同时,需要高校和企业转变思想观念,政府更好地发挥作用,建立长效激励机制。Since its proposal in the early 20 th century,the industry-university-research collaborative education model has undergone over a century of exploration and development,becoming increasingly refined and demonstrating its advantages in talent cultivation.As China’s higher education begins to shift from elite education to mass education,and the concept of“new business education”is raised,the industry-university-research collaborative education model,which is dominated by the enterprises,has provided new thoughts and direction for the reform of university education.It also serves as an important pathway for the open school-running of the university and the development of regional economy and society.The operational mechanisms of this model include:a source-sharing mechanism for mutual benefit,a joint research mechanism leveraging the complementary strengths,a profit distribution mechanism ensuring mutual gains,a capital integration mechanism supporting the unified efforts,and a risk-sharing mechanism based on collective responsibility.At the same time,universities and enterprises should shift their mindsets,the government should play a better role,and the long-term incentive mechanism should should be established.
