摘  要:利用乳液法制备多孔铝酸盐水泥,以普通铝酸钙水泥为原材料进行试验,通过调整水油比和水灰比进行微观结构调控。结果表明:采用乳液法制备出的多孔铝酸盐水泥气孔分布均匀、孔径小(~50μm)、孔隙呈球形。当固定水灰比为3∶7,调整水油体积比从1∶0.5增大到1∶3,气孔率从39.33%增加到72.18%,体积密度从1.26 g/cm^(3)降低到0.61 g/cm^(3),耐压强度从18.53 MPa降低到1.86 MPa。固定水油体积比为1∶1,调整水灰比从3∶6增大到3∶8,气孔率从60.23%减小到49.38%,体积密度从0.85 g/cm^(3)增大到1.13 g/cm^(3),耐压强度从5.18 MPa增大到17.50 MPa。Porous aluminate cement was prepared using the emulsion method,with ordinary calcium aluminate cement as the raw material.The microstructure was regulated by adjusting the water-to-oil(W/O)and water-to-cement(W/C)ratios.The results indicated that the porous aluminate cement prepared by the emulsion method features uniform pore distribution,with small pore sizes(around 50μm)and spherical pore shapes.When the W/C ratio is fixed at 3∶7,increasing the W/O volume ratio from 1∶0.5 to 1∶3 led to a rise in porosity from 39.33% to 72.18%,a reduction in bulk density from 1.26 g/cm^(3) to 0.61 g/cm^(3),and a decrease in compressive strength from 18.53 MPa to 1.86 MPa.When the W/O volume ratio is fixed at 1∶1,increasing the W/C ratio from 3∶6 to 3∶8 resulted in a reduction in porosity from 60.23% to 49.38%,while the bulk density increased from 0.85 g/cm^(3) to 1.13 g/cm^(3),and compressive strength increased from 5.18 MPa to 17.50 MPa.
