燃油自动化竖窑制备镁钙砂的工艺探究

摘　　要：由于近年来优质钢、洁净钢的迅速发展,对耐火材料的使用要求越来越苛刻。镁钙质耐火材料具有优良的抵抗碱性炉渣侵蚀能力、良好的高温性能及稳定性,尤其是其中游离的氧化钙能够起到净化钢水达到脱硫的效果,因此被广泛应用于AOD炉、VOD炉、钢包等精炼炉内衬。镁钙砂作为镁钙质耐火材料的主体原料,多年来被广大学者探究,但是以超高温燃油自动化竖窑煅烧制备镁钙砂的工艺研究并不多。本文以实际生产角度论述如何采用燃油自动化竖窑制备低成本、高品质的优良镁钙砂,为今后镁钙砂的生产提供思路。The rapid development of high-quality and clean steel in recent years has proposed increasingly stringent requirements for the use of refractory materials.Mg-Ca refractories have excellent resistance to alkaline slag erosion,and good high-temperature performance and stability,especially the free CaO can purify liquid steel and achieve desulfurization.Therefore,they are widely used in the lining of AOD furnaces,VOD furnaces,and LFs.As the main raw material for Mg-Ca refractories,dead-burned magnesite has been explored for many years by scholars.However,there is not much research on its production process through calcination in an automatic oil-fired shaft kiln under ultra-high temperature.This type of kiln is discussed in this paper from the view of actual production to produce low-cost and high-quality dead-burned magnesia,providing ideas for the future production.
