摘  要:以白刚玉、铬刚玉、SiC、硅微粉、97金属硅粉和Al2O3微粉为主要原料,以高铝水泥为结合剂,制备了铁沟浇注料;研究了碳化铬粉和氧化镍粉的加入量对铁沟浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:碳化铬在高温下被氧化成氧化铬,与氧化镍反应生成镍铬尖晶石,进而形成致密的陶瓷层,使材料更加致密,防止浇注料被进一步氧化,很大程度上提高了铁沟浇注料的抗氧化性能;当碳化铬粉和氧化镍粉加入量均为0.1%时,铁沟浇注料的综合性能最好。Castables for hot metal runner were prepared with raw materials mainly including white fused alumina,pink fused alumina,SiC,silica powder,silicon metal powder 97 and Al2O3 micro powder and high alumina cement as a binder.Then the effect of the adding amount of chromium carbide powder and nickel oxide powder on the properties of castables for hot metal runners was studied.The results showed that chromium carbide at high temperature was oxidized to chromium oxide which can react with nickel oxide to form nickel chromium spinel,thereby forming a dense ceramic layer which further densifies the material and protects the castable from being oxidized,further improving the oxidation resistance of the runner castable;the comprehensive property of the runner castable peaks when the addition proportion of both chromium carbide powder and nickel oxide powder is 0.1%.
