摘　　要：套筒窑以优异的综合节能性、环保性以及优质石灰产品而受到石灰生产用户的青睐。自套筒窑引入中国之后,陆续解决了套筒窑对于燃料及原料的适应性、拱桥使用寿命、换热器的堵塞等不足之处,同时随着新工艺技术的迭代出新,套筒窑在国内的钢铁、电石等行业得到了广泛的应用。The sleeve kiln is favored by lime producers due to its excellent comprehensive energysaving features,environmental friendliness,and high-quality lime products.Since its introduction to China,a series of problems have been gradually solved,such as the adaptability issues of the sleeve kiln with fuels and feedstock,the service life of the arch bridge,and the easy blockage of the heat exchanger.Meanwhile,with the continuous update and emergence of new process technologies,the sleeve kiln has gained expansive application in domestic industries such as the steel and calcium carbide industries.
