摘  要:影响连铸中间包使用寿命的主要因素为渣线干式料的中高温强度偏低以及烧结性差所导致的耐材剥落和塌料等。本文结合现场情况,对耐材性能、中间包在线烘烤制度、连铸生产工艺等影响因素进行分析并制定相应措施,解决中间包渣线塌料问题。The main factors influencing the service life of CCM tundish are the low strength of dry refractories in the slag line at medium to high temperature,as well as the peeling-off and collapsing of refractories caused by poor sintering properties.In this article,based on the on-site conditions,the influencing factors such as the performance of refractories,the online preheating system of tundish and the CCM production process are analyzed and the corresponding measures are provided to solve the problem of refractory collapsing in the slag line.
