摘　　要：化灰机主要是将生石灰消化成石灰乳的设备。生石灰在消化过程中会放出大量的热量,产生大量含有石灰乳颗粒的水蒸气。国内通常采用的方法是在化灰机排气筒安装热回收器,用水直接喷淋换热回收热量,提温水作为消化用水。本文介绍了洗涤塔加引风机技术方案,整个工艺没有废水产生。通过洗涤化灰尾气中的少量灰乳颗粒,减少了外排化灰尾气水蒸气量和灰乳杂质,取得了良好的环保效果。A lime slaker is used to slake quicklime into lime milk.During the slaking,quicklime releases a large amount of heat,generating a lot of water vapor containing lime milk particles.In China,it is common to install a heat recovery device in the exhaust pipe of the slaker,which directly sprays water for heat exchange and recovery,and temperature-raised water is used for slaking.A technical solution for adding an induced draft fan to the scrubber is proposed,and no wastewater is generated throughout the entire process.By scrubbing a small amount of particles in the slaker exhaust,the amount of water vapor and lime-milk impurities in the discharged gas are reduced,achieving good environmental protection effects.
