摘 要:介绍了石灰粉在烧结中的作用及节能型立窑的工作原理。在生产工艺操作上重点提出了原燃料粒度的控制是减少“窑壁效应”、防止质量波动、保证窑炉长寿、提高产量、降低能耗的重要措施;在加出料上提出了根据实物质量及料面高度来控制出灰量;特别是在窑底送风上窑底送风要保证煅烧带燃料燃烧所需要的空气量,避免燃料不完全燃烧,进而导致产品质量差、产量低、能耗高的问题。同时提出了出灰量应与窑的生产能力相匹配,确保进料和出料平衡,从而将产品质量提高了一个档次,降低生产成本约335.21万元,增加销售收入约1618.4万元。The function of lime powder in sintering and the working principle of energy-efficient shaft kiln were discussed in this paper.It was particularly highlighted that controlling the granularity of the raw material and fuels is a crucial measure to minimize the“kiln wall effect”,prevent quality variation,ensure long service life of kiln,improve output,and lower energy consumption.Regarding material feeding and discharging,it was advocated to regulate the lime discharge amount based on the physical quality and the burden level.Notably,in terms of air supply at the kiln bottom,the airflow shall be sufficient for the fuel being burned in the calcining zone to prevent incomplete fuel combustion which leads to poor product quality,reduced output,and increased energy consumption.Additionally,it was recommended that the lime discharge amount should correlate with the kiln’s productive capacity and that there should be a balance between input and output,thus elevating product quality.This helps cut production costs by approximately 3.3521 million yuan,and boost sales income by roughly 16.184 million yuan.
