摘 要:针对切割和过盈配合导致硅钢片电磁性能下降和电机实测性能与仿真结果不一致的问题,以一台双绕组双聚磁式磁场调制无刷复合结构电机为研究对象,分析了切割和过盈配合对硅钢片和电机性能的影响。首先,根据硅钢片切割后切割边缘附近区域电磁性能受损更严重的特性,研究基于受损区域与未受损区域划分的电机模型,分析切割单独作用时对硅钢片和电机性能的影响。其次,通过基于亥姆霍兹自由能密度的磁应力耦合模型,实现考虑过盈配合应力影响的电机性能计算,分析过盈配合单独作用时对硅钢片和电机性能的影响。再次,通过不同因素作用区域划分和拟合硅钢片磁化曲线,分析两种因素共同作用时的影响。最后,样机实验结果表明,在考虑切割和过盈配合的影响能够降低实测性能与仿真结果间的误差。For the problem of decreased magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets and difference between test results and simulation results of electric machines caused by cutting and interference fit,influence of cutting and interference fit on performance of electrical machines was analyzed with a dual-winding dual-concentrated-flux-type magnetic-field modulated brushless composite-structure machine(DDMFM-BCSM)as the object.Firstly,according to the characteristic that the electromagnetic performance of region near the cutting edge of silicon steel sheets was more severely damaged after cutting,model based on division of damaged region and undamaged region was studied,and the influence of cutting alone on the performance of silicon steel sheets and DDMFM-BCSM was analyzed.Secondly,performance calculation considering the influence of interference fit stress was realized by magneto-mechanical coupled model based on Helmholtz free energy density,and the influence of interference fit alone was analyzed.Then,the joint influence of two factors was obtained by division of regions affected by different factors and fitting magnetization curve of silicon steel sheets.Finally,the experimental results of the prototype showed that considering the influence of cutting and interference fit can reduce the error between the measured performance and the simulation results.
