摘 要:变速抽水蓄能电机可以通过改变转子电流频率实现转速的调节,使电机经常运行于电动机工况。本文对一台326 MW大型变速抽水蓄能电机进行设计,给出该发电电动机的T型等效电路和数学模型,确定该发电电动机的基本设计参数,建立该发电电动机的二维电磁场模型,计算其在电动机工况下电磁场数学方程,对比分析在电动机工况下气隙磁密的基波和各次谐波,研究该发电电动机在电动机工况不同转速下定转子铁心磁密和损耗的变化规律。采用本文的方法计算一台小容量10 MW发电电动机样机的电磁场,计算值与试验测试值误差较小,为更大容量变速抽水蓄能电机的电磁设计提供了重要参考。Variable speed pumped storage generator-motor(VSPSGM)can realize the speed regulation by changing the rotor current frequency.It often operates in the motor operating condition.A VSPSGM with a capacity of 326 MW was designed.T-equivalent circuit and mathematical model of this generator-motor were given.The basic design parameters of this generator-motor were determined.The 2-D electromagnetic field model of this generator-motor was established.The mathematical equations of the electromagnetic field were calculated under the motor operating condition.Fundamental and harmonic analysis of the air gap flux density was compared and analyzed under the motor operating condition.The variation law of the flux density and the losses in the stator core and rotor core was studied at different speeds under the motor operating condition.The calculation method was used to calculate the electromagnetic field of the small capacity 10 MW prototype.The calculated results are close to the experimental test values.It provides a reference for the electromagnetic design of larger VSPSGMs.
