摘  要:针对有源配网在不平衡网压条件下产生的负序分量会引起分布式能源并网系统输出的功率发生振荡现象,基于虚拟同步发电机(VSG)控制,提出适用于T型三电平并网系统中的功率平抑控制策略。所提策略在VSG中引入正负序电流指令控制环节,对不平衡网压情况下产生的负序分量进行分离和控制,既能实现并网电流平衡且功率恒定控制的目标,又能使系统运行保持VSG的特性;同时,针对T型三电平结构上对并网产生的影响,所提策略通过叠加中点电位平衡控制分量,实现中点电位平衡控制。在仿真平台上搭建仿真模型验证,结果证明了所提策略能够有效抑制并网系统输出功率的二倍频波动。In response to the phenomenon that the negative sequence component generated by the source-containing distribution network under unbalanced network voltage conditions can cause oscillations in the power output of the distributed energy grid-connected system,based on virtual synchronous generator(VSG)control,a power smoothing control strategy was proposed applicable in T-type three-level grid-connected systems.The proposed strategy introduces a positive and negative sequence current command and control link in the VSG to separate and control the negative sequence components generated under unbalanced network voltage,which can achieve the goal of balanced grid-connected current and constant power control,and also enable the system operation to maintain the characteristics of the VSG;meanwhile,for the impact on grid-connection on the T-type three-level structure,the proposed strategy realizes the midpoint potential balance control by superimposing the midpoint potential balance control component.A simulation model is built on the simulation platform to verify the results,which prove that the proposed strategy can effectively suppress the two-fold fluctuation of the output power of the grid-connected system.
