摘  要:人才培养质量是高等教育的生命线,是助推建设教育强国的重要环节。没有高等教育支持的家庭教育或没有家庭配合的高等教育,都无法形成完整和良性的教育格局。本文认为,交叠影响域理论为家庭高校融合育人提供了理论基础,教育目标的耦合性、教育成效的连续性、教育影响的互补性为家庭高校融合育人的现实基础,当前家庭高校融合育人面临合育意识缺乏理性、合作内容空泛单一、相关机制缺乏保障等客观困境,应通过构建家校命运共同体、丰富家校合育的内容形式、完善家校合育相关保障机制等途径提升家庭高校融合育人质效,为实现高质量人才培养提供支持与保障。The quality of talent cultivation serves as the lifeline of higher education and constitutes a crucial component in advancing the development of a strong educational nation.Family education,in the absence of support from higher education,or higher education lacking collaboration with families,cannot establish a complete and positive educational framework.It's been posited in this paper that Overlapping Spheres of Influence Theory offers a theoretical foundation for the integration of family and higher education.The alignment of educational goals,the continuity of educational outcomes,and the complementarity of educational impacts collectively form the practical basis for this integration.At present,the integration of family and higher education encounters objective challenges,including a lack of rational awareness regarding co-education,superficial and monotonous collaborative content,and inadequate guarantee mechanisms.To enhance the quality and effectiveness of integrated family-higher education,it is essential to foster a community of shared destiny between families and schools,diversify the content and forms of familyschool co-education,and strengthen the relevant guarantee mechanisms,thereby providing the necessary support and assurance for the realization of high-quality talent cultivation.
