摘  要:通过有限元仿真软件对螺旋槽丝锥加工难加工材料的过程进行仿真研究,根据螺旋槽丝锥设计的关键结构参数,使用正交试验的方法优化螺旋角度、切削锥角度和铲磨量等重要几何参数,揭示这些参数和切削扭矩、切削温度之间的关系规律。结果表明:适当调整螺旋角度和切削锥角度可以显著降低切削扭矩,从而减小加工时的功耗和热量累积。此外还对丝锥容屑槽的结构参数展开仿真研究,探究刃口前角和第一圆弧半径对切屑卷曲程度的影响。通过实验验证了仿真结果的有效性,通过与演示丝锥的对比,得出优化后的丝锥在攻丝过程中具有更低的轴向力和扭矩值。综上所述,本文针对螺旋槽丝锥在加工难加工材料时性能优化问题的系统分析,对提高丝锥加工效率、延长使用寿命有重要意义。This research uses finite element simulation tools to replicate the spiral flute tap method of cutting difficult-to-machine materials.First,this paper addresses the crucial structural parameters of spiral flute tap design.It then uses the method of orthogonal experiments to optimize key geometrical parameters like the spiral angle,the cutting cone angle,and the amount of shoveling grinding.Finally,it analyzes the finite element simulation to determine the relationship between these parameters and the cutting torque and temperature.The findings indicate that the findings demonstrate that the helix angle and cutting cone angle can be appropriately adjusted to reduce the cutting torque,which in turn lowers power consumption and heat buildup during machining.Furthermore,a simulation analysis of the tap chipformer′s structural parameters is conducted in this article,and the impact of the initial arc radius and the cutting edge front angle on the degree of chip curling is examined.This work ultimately conducts practical experiments to confirm the correctness of the simulation results.By comparing the experimental results with the demonstration taps,it is possible to determine that the optimized taps produced lower tapping-process torque and axial force values.In summary,this paper presents a systematic analysis of the spiral flute tap in the processing of difficult-to-machine materials performance optimization issues,improves tap processing efficiency and extends the service life of significant materials.
