摘 要:钻孔加工是高强钢薄壁件切削加工的重要加工工序之一。由于工件刚性差,钻削过程中极易产生变形,影响加工精度。本文针对AF1410高强钢薄壁板钻削过程中工件厚度对钻削轴向力和变形的影响规律进行研究。实验结果表明:钻削初期,薄壁件发生弹性凸变形,钻头不能迅速钻入工件,此时轴向力主要由工件的弹性变形抗力造成,并随钻头的进给呈线性增大;钻头最大凸变形量随工件厚度的增大而减小,工件厚度>2.5 mm后,最大凸变形量数值明显变小且趋于稳定。钻削最大轴向力基本发生在钻头主副切削刃交点实际钻至工件上表面位置,最大轴向力随工件厚度的增加而增大,在工件厚度≥3.5 mm时,最大轴向力基本稳定。Drilling is one of the important machining processes for high-strength steel thin-walled parts.Due to the poor rigidity of the workpiece,deformation is easily generated during the drilling process,which affects the machining accuracy.This article uses experimental methods to study the influence of workpiece thickness on axial force and deformation during the drilling process of AF1410 high-strength steel thin wall panels.The experimental results show that in the early stage of drilling,thin-walled parts undergo elastic convex deformation,and the drill bit cannot quickly penetrate the workpiece.The axial force is mainly caused by the elastic deformation resistance of the workpiece and increases linearly with the feed of the drill bit;the maximum protrusion deformation of the drill bit decreases with the increase of the workpiece thickness.After the workpiece thickness exceeds 2.5 mm,the maximum protrusion deformation value significantly decreases and remains stable.The maximum axial force during drilling basically occurs at the intersection point of the main and auxiliary cutting edges of the drill bit,which is actually drilled to the surface position of the workpiece.The maximum axial force increases with the increase of workpiece thickness.When the workpiece thickness is≥3.5 mm,the maximum axial force is basically stable.
