摘  要:使用车铣工艺加工旋转弯曲疲劳试样,试样表面会产生轴向纹理,可以较大程度提高试样的疲劳寿命。在加工过程中,切削力是影响试样表面质量的重要参数,本文设计正交试验,通过切向车铣加工获得不同参数下的切向力F_(x)、径向力F_(y)和轴向力F_(z),得到切削参数对车铣力的影响规律,并使用多元回归分析获得三个方向切削力关于铣刀转速n_(c)、工件转速n_(w)、铣刀每齿进给量f_(z)和切削深度a_(p)的预测模型。结果表明,预测模型具有较高的准确度,对加工工艺参数的选择有一定的指导意义。When using turn-milling technology to process rotating bending fatigue specimens,axial textures will appears on the surface of the specimen,and fatigue life can be improved to a greater extent.During the machining process,the cutting force plays a crucial role in determining the surface quality of the specimens.The orthogonal experiment is designed to obtain tangential forces under different parameters through tangential turn-milling F_(x),radial force F_(y),axial force F_(z),the impact of cutting parameters on turn-milling force is investigated and multiple regression analysis is employed to derive the functional relationship between cutting forces in three directions on milling cutter speed n_(c),workpiece speed n_(w),cutter feed per tooth f_(z),and cutting depth a_(p).The results indicate that the functional formula demonstrates high accuracy and can provide guidance for selecting machining parameters.
