摘 要:集成式传感单元(ISE)作为一种创新型埋入式传感单元,在水泥水化监测工作中具有优异的结构稳定性。然而,目前关于ISE水泥水化监测性能的研究较少,现有的研究数据不足以支持ISE投入实际工程。为验证ISE的水泥水化监测性能,采用ISE和混凝土超声波检测仪(Pundit Lab)对水灰比0.4的普通硅酸盐水泥进行24 h水化监测,分别获得水泥水化能量变化曲线和纵波、横波波速变化曲线,同时使用维卡仪测定同种水泥的凝结时间。结果显示,通过ISE对水泥水化进行监测,只需一个元件即可获得水泥水化进程的横波、纵波波速变化规律以及初终凝时间。因此,ISE具有优异的水泥水化监测性能,且相比于传统的水泥水化监测方法,具有更好的便捷性和普适性。The integrated sensing element(ISE),as an innovative embedded sensing unit,demonstrates exceptional structural stability in the monitoring of cement hydration.However,limited research has been conducted on the performance of ISE in cement hydration monitoring,and existing data is insufficient to support its application in practical engineering projects.To validate the cement hydration monitoring performance of ISE,a 24-hour hydration monitoring experiment was conducted on ordinary Portland cement with a water-to-cement ratio of 0.4,using both ISE and an ultrasonic concrete testing device(Pundit Lab).The cement hydration energy change curve,as well as the longitudinal and transverse wave velocity change curves,were obtained.Additionally,the setting times of the same cement sample were measured using a Vicat apparatus.The results show that ISE can monitor cement hydration with just a single component,providing the variations in both transverse and longitudinal wave velocities,as well as the initial and final setting times.This highlights the excellent performance of ISE in cement hydration monitoring.Compared to traditional methods,ISE provides superior convenience and versatility,making it a promising alternative for practical applications.
