摘  要:为了选育耐盐谷子品种,选取0、50、75、100 mmol/L NaCl溶液对冀谷37和冀谷38谷子幼苗进行盐胁迫,以抗逆高产品种沧谷3幼苗作为对照,检测谷子幼苗中丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、叶绿素含量以及过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性等生理指标来研究其耐盐性。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,冀谷37和冀谷38幼苗的丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性不断上升,叶绿素含量逐渐下降。在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,冀谷37和冀谷38幼苗的生理指标与沧谷3幼苗在不同盐胁迫情况下均有显著性差异。综合各项生理指标分析,冀谷37幼苗的耐盐性高于冀谷38幼苗,但二者的耐盐性均大于沧谷3幼苗。In order to breed salt-tolerant foxtail millet cultivars,Jigu 37 and Jigu 38 seedlings were subjected to salt stress with concentrations of 0,50,75 and 100 mmol/L NaCl solutions,and the seedlings of Canggu 3,a high-yield and stress-resistant variety,were used as control.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA),free proline(Pro),chlorophyll(Chl)and the activity of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in two foxtail millet cultivars were determined for studying their salt tolerance.The results showed that MDA content,Pro content,SOD activity and POD activity in Jigu 37 and Jigu 38 increased with the increase of NaCl concentration,while the Chl content declined gradually.The salinity tolerance of Jigu 37 was higher than that of Jigu 38,and the salt resistances of Jigu 37 and Jigu 38 were stronger than that of Canggu 3.
