摘 要:通过探究某市生鲜农产品上市后产品被直接售空、销售80%和50%的三种销售情景,结合其剩余农产品反季节销售的情况,对比分析冷链集配中心在不同情景下的选址方案差异。以生鲜农产品产地冷链集配中心为研究对象,基于对农业物流企业和客户两方参与者的考虑,构建以物流总成本最小和客户满意度最大为目标的双层规划选址-分配模型,利用免疫遗传算法对模型进行求解。结果显示:反季节销售的生鲜农产品物流总成本大于直接售空情景,反季节销售的生鲜农产品占比越大,消耗的物流总成本越高;且随着生鲜农产品产地冷链集配中心物流总成本投入的增加,客户满意度也逐渐增加,实现两者之间的动态平衡,成为分配优化的关键要点,也为物流业高质量发展提供有力支撑。By exploring the situation that the fresh agricultural products are directly sold out,80%and 50%of the sales after the market in a city,and comparing with the rest of the anti-seasonal sales,the cold chain distribution centers have different siting plans in different situations.In this paper,the cold chain distribution center of fresh agricultural products is taken as the research object.Based on the consideration of the two participants,namely,agricultural logistics enterprises and customers,a two-layer planning site selection-distribution model with the goal of minimizing total logistics cost and maximizing customer satisfaction is constructed,and the immune genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The results show that the total logistics cost of fresh agricultural products sold in the opposite season is greater than that of direct sell out scenario,and the larger the proportion of fresh agricultural products sold in the opposite season is,the higher the total logistics cost consumes.With the increase of the total logistics cost of fresh agricultural products in the cold-chain distribution centers of origin,customer satisfaction also gradually increases.Realizing the dynamic balance between the two becomes the key point of distribution optimization,and also provides a strong support for the high-quality development of the logistics industry.
