摘　　要：随着纪检监察学成为独立学科,其研究重点集中在党风廉政建设和反腐败工作上,未能完全涵盖企业反腐败建设的需求.同时,在当前全球经济一体化和法治化进程不断加快的背景下,企业廉洁合规人才成为推动企业持续健康发展的关键因素.企业廉洁合规人才应具备的素养与能力,包括经济学、企业管理学、法学、廉政学专业知识、职业道德、风险管理意识以及创新思维等不属于纪检监察学研究的范畴.当前企业廉洁合规人才在培养过程中面临的挑战,如教育资源不足、培养体系不完善等.为应对这些挑战,提出了一系列策略与建议,包括优化教育资源配置、构建完善的培养体系、加强校企合作以及鼓励企业内部的自主培养等.With disciplinary inspection and supervision studies emerging as an independent discipline,current research focuses on anti-corruption efforts but overlooks the needs of corporate compliance.In a globalized,rule-of-law-driven economy,integrity and compliance professionals are crucial for sustainable enterprise development.This paper outlines required competencies e.g.,economics,business management,law,integrity expertise,professional ethics,risk management awareness and innovative thinking,etc.and addresses challenges like insufficient educational resources and imperfect cultivation system,etc.To cope with these challenges,it proposes a series of strategies and suggestions,including optimising the allocation of educational resources,constructing a perfect cultivation system,strengthening university-enterprise cooperation,and encouraging independent cultivation within enterprises.
