摘　　要：目的:确定毛樱桃炎痛贴定性、定量检测方法,建立其质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法对毛樱桃炎痛贴进行定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素的含量.结果:薄层色谱法检测毛樱桃图谱特征斑点清晰无干扰,专属性强;槲皮素在0.5-25.00μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9997),平均回收率为99.35%,RSD为1.13%(n=6).结论:本研究所建立的方法简便、专属性强,可作为毛樱桃炎痛贴的质量控制方法.Objective:To determine the qualitative and quantitative detection methods of Prunus Tomentosa Thumb Anti-inflammatory Analgesic Patches and establish their quality standards.Methods:Thin-layer chromatography was used for the qualitative identification of Anti-inflammatory Analgesic Patches,and the quercetin content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The thin-layer chromatographic method was used to detect the characteristic spots of Prunus Tomentosa Thumb with clear negative and no interference,and was highly exclusive;quercetin showed good linearity(r2=0.9997)in the concentration range of 0.5-25.00μg/mL,with an average recovery of 99.35%and a RSD of 1.13%(n=6).Conclusions:The method established in this study is simple and exclusive,and can be used as a quality control method for Anti-inflammatory Analgesic Patches.
