数字化时代地方高校学报高质量发展的应对策略——以《四川文理学院学报》为例

摘　　要：在数字化时代,地方性高校学报的高质量发展面临诸多挑战,包括学术资源有限、编辑数字素养不足、管理体制僵化、区域局限性以及数字化滞后等问题.以《四川文理学院学报》为例,借助人工智能和DeepSeek等前沿技术的发展趋势,其在数字化背景下所面临的困境具有一定的代表性,地方性高校学报可以通过一系列创新策略实现突破,围绕“学术为王”的高质量发展应对策略,通过提升学术质量、加强编辑队伍建设、优化管理体制、突出地方特色、利用数字化技术扩大传播范围等措施,地方性高校学报可以实现高质量发展,提升学术影响力和竞争力.In the digital age,the high-quality development of local university journals faces many challenges,including limited academic resources,insufficient digital literacy of editors,rigid management systems,regional constraints,and technological lag.Taking Journal of Sichuan University of Arts and Science as an example,this study explores innovative strategies aligned with trends in AI and technologies like DeepSeek,to break through the representative challenges faced the local university journals.Emphasizing"academic excellence as the core,"the paper proposes measures such as enhancing academic quality,strengthening editorial teams,optimizing management,highlighting local characteristics,and leveraging digital technologies to expand influence and competitiveness.
