摘 要:针对嵌段型聚酯酰胺链段序列不可控导致其性能不可控的问题,本文开发了非嵌段聚酯酰胺。使用2,2′-[(对苯二甲酰基)-双氨基]二丙酸(TDCA)与生物基1,4-丁二醇(BDO)熔融缩聚合成了一种新型均聚生物基聚酯酰胺——聚2,2′-[(对苯二甲酰基)-双氨基]二丙酸丁二醇酯(PTAB),并初步研究了其热学和拉伸性能。结果表明,PTAB为均聚聚酯酰胺,具有良好的热学和拉伸性能,玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))达到106℃,样品分解5%时对应的温度(T_(d,5%))为294℃;PTAB的拉伸强度、杨氏模量和断裂伸长率分别为65.3 MPa、2.43 GPa和3.4%。此外,X射线衍射(XRD)显示PTAB具有无定形结构,且具有良好的透光性,在550 nm下的透光率达到88.4%。本研究获得一种新型生物基聚酯酰胺PTAB,其具有高T_(g)和高透明性的特点,拉伸强度与常规尼龙6和尼龙66产品相似,耐温性优于半芳香尼龙(MXD6),透明度与MXD6相近,初步具备耐高温、透明尼龙的特点,在高透明包装薄膜、光学膜及工程塑料等领域具有一定的潜在应用价值。The performances of the block type polyester amide are uncontrollable due to the uncontrollable chain sequences.To solve the problem,the non-block polyester amide was developed in this paper.A novel homopolymeric biopolymeric amide,poly(2,2′-[(p-phthalyl)-diamino]dipropionate(PTAB),was synthesized by the melt polycondensation of 2,2′-[(p-phthalyl)-diaminoamino]dipropionic acid(TDCA)and bioyl 1,4-butanediol(BDO).Its thermal and tensile properties were studied.The results show that PTAB is homopolypolyester amide with good thermal and tensile properties.The glass transition temperature(T_(g))reaches 106℃,the temperature corresponding to a 5%decomposition of the sample(T_(d,5%))is 294℃.The tensile strength,Youngs modulus and elongation at break of PTAB are 65.3 MPa,2.43 GPa and 3.4%,respectively.In addition,X-ray diffraction(XRD)shows that PTAB has an amorphous structure and good light transmission,with a transmittance of 88.4%at 550 nm.In this study,a new biobased polyester amide(PTAB)was obtained.It has the characteristics of high T_(g)and transparency,similar tensile strength to conventional nylon 6 and nylon 66 products,better temperature resistance than semi-aromatic nylon(MXD6),and similar transparency to MXD6.It initially has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and transparent nylon.It has certain potential application values in the fields of high transparent packaging films,optical films and engineering plastics.
