摘  要:为探索新型共聚酯材料在加工和应用性能与常规聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料的差异性,本文采用新戊二醇(NPG)、1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)和异山梨醇(ISB)作为第三单体,与对苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)进行共聚合,制备了不同结构的新型共聚酯树脂,对其结构特性、拉伸性能和加工流变特性进行了评估。研究发现,以NPG、CHDM和ISB为第三单体的共聚酯的拉伸强度分别为28.2、25.8和41.1 MPa,断裂伸长率分别为49%、62%和121%。在265℃低剪切速率的条件下,以NPG、CHDM和ISB为第三单体的共聚酯剪切黏度分别为23、82和124 Pa·s,与用NPG改性的共聚酯相比,CHDM和ISB改性的共聚酯的剪切黏度分别提高了256%和439%。当剪切速率提高至300 s-1时,NPG改性的共聚酯的剪切黏度与低剪切速率下的剪切黏度相比下降了20%;同等条件下,CHDM和ISB改性的共聚树脂的剪切黏度与低剪切速率下的剪切黏度相比分别下降23%和34%。以NPG、CHDM和ISB为第三单体的共聚酯的玻璃化转变温度分别为80、87和96℃。共聚酯的流变、拉伸和耐热性能受第三单体影响,特别是高空间位阻的单体ISB,影响较为显著。To explore the differences between the new co-polyester materials and the conventional polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PET)materials in processing and application,new co-polyester resins with different structures were copolymerized by phthalic acid(PTA)and ethylene glycol(EG)with the third monomers including neopentyl glycol(NPG),1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM),and isosorbide(ISB).The structural characteristics,mechanical properties,and processing rheological behaviors of these new resins were evaluated.The results show that the tensile strengths of copolyesters with NPG,CHDM and ISB as the third monomers are 28.2,25.8 and 41.1MPa,respectively,and the elongation at break values are 49%,62%and 121%,respectively.Under a low shear rate of 265℃,the shear viscosities of the copolyesters with NPG,CHDM,and ISB as the third monomers are respectively 23,82 and 124 Pa·s.Compared with the NPG modified copolyester,the shear viscosity of CHDM and ISB modified copolyesters increase by 256%and 439%,respectively.When the shear rate increases to 300 s-1,the shear viscosity of the NPG modified copolyester decreases by 20%compared to its viscosity at the low shear rate.Under the same conditions,the shear viscosities of the CHDM and ISB modified copolyester resins decrease by 23%and 34%,respectively,compared to their viscosities at the low shear rate.The glass transition temperatures of the copolyesters with NPG,CHDM,and ISB as the third monomers are 80,87 and 96℃,respectively.The rheological,tensile and thermal properties of copolyesters are affected by the third monomer,especially the high steric resistance monomer ISB.
