摘  要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)具有优异的热稳定性和力学性能,但低导电性引发的静电问题限制了其应用。石墨的高导电性使其成为改善PPS导电性的优选添加剂。本文以石墨作为添加剂,PPS树脂为基体,结合玻璃纤维、硅酮粉、导电炭黑和复配弹性体,系统研究了复合材料的物理、力学及抗静电性能。调整PPS树脂与石墨的质量分数,保持复合材料总质量分数为100%,使用双螺杆挤出机制备了不同石墨质量分数的PPS复合材料。结果表明,随着石墨质量分数的增加,PPS复合材料的密度和灰分呈现略微上升趋势,熔体质量流动速率显著增大。同时,PPS复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及缺口冲击强度均有所下降。在抗静电方面,石墨的加入有效降低了PPS材料的表面电阻,当石墨质量分数达到12%时,PPS复合材料的表面电阻降低至108Ω,达到抗静电级别。此外,通过观察复合材料的断口形貌,发现石墨在PPS基体中实现了均匀分散,且石墨颗粒间距离的减小进一步提升了复合材料的抗静电性能。本研究成功制备了具有优异抗静电性能的PPS复合材料,通过调节石墨质量分数,可以在一定程度上平衡复合材料的物理性能、力学性能和抗静电性能,为PPS复合材料在高精尖领域的应用提供了新的可能。Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)exhibits exceptional thermal stability and mechanical properties.However,its applications are constrained by electrostatic issues stemming from low conductivity.Graphite,known for its high conductivity,serves as a preferred additive to enhance the conductivity of PPS.In this study,graphite is employed as an additive within a PPS resin matrix,and combined with glass fiber,silicone powder,conductive carbon black,and compounded elastomer.The physical,mechanical,and antistatic properties of the resulting composites were systematically investigated.The ratio of PPS resin to graphite was varied while maintaining a constant total mass fraction of the composites at 100%,PPS composites with different graphite mass fractions were prepared using a twinscrew extruder.The results show that as the graphite content increases,both the density and ash content of the PPS composites exhibit a slight upward trend,accompanied by a significant increase in the melt flow index.Conversely,tensile strength,bending strength,and notch impact strength all decrease.Regarding antistatic performances,the incorporation of graphite effectively reduces the surface resistance of PPS material.When the graphite mass fraction reaches 12%,the surface resistance of the PPS composite decreases to 108Ω,achieving an antistatic level.Furthermore,the fracture morphology results reveal that graphite is uniformly dispersed in the PPS matrix,and the reduction in the distance between graphite particles further enhances the antistatic performances of the composites.This study successfully develops PPS composites with outstanding antistatic properties.By adjusting the graphite mass fraction,a balance could be achieved among the physical properties,mechanical properties,and antistatic performances of the composites,providing new opportunities for the applications of PPS composites in the advanced fields.
