摘  要:研究同向双螺杆不同螺杆接触状态对聚乳酸(PLA)挤出过程的影响。根据理论端面曲线方程,通过SolidWorks软件建立3种不同接触状态的螺杆元件及其对应流道的几何模型(YT1为全啮合接触状态,YT2为部分啮合接触状态,YT3为非啮合接触状态),并在Gambit软件中对其进行网格划分,借助Polyflow仿真软件及FieldView后处理软件对其进行仿真分析,使用示踪粒子轨迹追踪法对停留时间分布(RTD)、分布指数及分离尺度进行对比分析。结果表明,在其他结构参数相同情况下,改变螺杆接触状态使PLA所受剪切和混合程度出现差异。在PLA的挤出过程中,YT1具有更好的建压能力,输送能力强,但自清洁能力较差;YT2剪切作用更强,分布均匀性好,分布混合能力强;YT3混合历程久。故PLA在YT2挤出过程中的剪切效果和混合效果最好,可以提高产品质量。The influences of different contact states of twin screws in the extrusion process of polylactic acid(PLA)were studied.According to the theoretical end curve equation,the geometric models of three different contact states of screw elements and their corresponding flow channels were established by the SolidWorks software.YT1 was full meshing contact state,YT2 was partially meshing contact state,and YT3 was in non-meshing contact state.These geometric models were meshed in Gambit software,simulated and analyzed by Polyflow simulation software and FieldView post-processing software,and compared the dwell time distribution(RTD),distribution index and separation scale by the tracer particle trajectory tracking method.The results show that the shearing and mixing degrees of PLA are different by changing the screw contact states when other structural parameters are the same.In the extrusion process of PLA,YT1 has better pressure building capacity and stronger conveying capacity,but poorer self-cleaning ability.YT2 has stronger shear effect,better distribution uniformity and stronger distribution mixing ability.YT3 takes a long time to mix.Therefore,PLA has the best shearing and mixing effects in the YT2 extrusion process,which could improve product quality.
