摘  要:邻苯二甲酸酯(PAE)和双酚类物质(BP)是两类典型的内分泌干扰物,对儿童生长发育具有不利的影响。本文以学生长期使用的塑料文具为研究对象,结合沉淀分离和超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了同时测定21种PAE和10种BP含量的方法。采用四氢呋喃溶解聚氯乙烯(PVC)或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)文具样品后,用甲醇沉淀分离聚合物基质,所得上清液经净化后用UPLC-MS/MS仪进行测定,用外标法进行定量。实验结果表明,31种目标化合物线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R2)均大于0.999,检出限范围为10~200μg/kg。在PVC和ABS基质中进行加标水平为0.5~20 mg/kg的加标回收试验,31种物质的回收率范围为86.0%~107.0%,精密度在0.4%~7.6%之间。对实际样品检测发现,在塑料笔壳、笔袋、笔记本封皮、贴纸中共有9种PAE和1种BP被不同程度地检出,提示塑料文具中仍存在使用这两类物质的风险。Phthalates(PAEs)and bisphenols(BPs)are two kinds of typical endocrine disruptors,which have adverse effects on childrens growth and development.For the plastic stationeries frequently used by students,a method for simultaneous determination of 21 phthalates(PAEs)and 10 bisphenols(BPs)was established by associating precipitation separation with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(ABS)stationery samples were dissolved in tetrahydrofuran,and methanol was used to precipitate the polymer matrix.The resulted supernatant was purified,determined by UPLC-MS/MS,and quantified by the external standard method.The results show that the 31 target compounds exhibit good linear relationships respectively,the linear correlation coefficient(R2)values are all greater than 0.999,and the detection limits range from 10μg/kg to 200μg/kg.The standard addition tests with spiked concentration of 0.5-20 mg/kg in PVC and ABS matrix were carried out.The results show that the recovery rates of the 31 substances range from 86.0%to 107.0%,the precisions range from 0.4%to 7.6%.Nine PAEs and one BP were detected to varying degrees in plastic pen shells,pen bags,notebook covers and stickers,suggesting the application risks of the two kinds of substances in the plastic stationeries.
