摘 要:在低速重载条件下,水润滑轴承通常会出现严重的摩擦磨损。为增强水润滑轴承在恶劣工况下的摩擦学性能,本研究对聚氨酯、环氧树脂和氰酸酯树脂3种用于缠绕型轴承制备基材进行了综合分析,考察了它们在湿法缠绕工艺中的应用潜力。在进行一系列力学性能以及摩擦学性能测试后,结果表明聚氨酯材料在力学性能方面表现出色,其压缩强度显著高于环氧树脂和氰酸酯树脂。在摩擦学性能测试中,聚氨酯的摩擦系数在所有测试条件下均最小且最稳定,在0.5 MPa和250 r/min条件下,聚氨酯的磨损量分别是同工况下环氧树脂和氰酸酯树脂磨损量的81.8%和37.5%。SEM进一步证实,聚氨酯材料在0.7 MPa载荷下仅有轻微的磨粒磨损,表面形貌最为平整,表现出最佳的耐磨性。本研究为聚氨酯材料在水润滑轴承中的应用提供了数据支撑,并为纤维缠绕型水润滑轴承材料的选型提供了参考。Under low-speed and heavy-load conditions,water-lubricated bearings often experience significant friction and wear.To enhance the tribological properties of water-lubricated bearings under these harsh conditions,polyurethane,epoxy resin and cyanate resin were comprehensively analyzed for the preparation of winding bearings,and their application potentials in the wet winding process were investigated.After a series of mechanical properties and tribological properties tests,the results show that polyurethane exhibits superior mechanical properties,and its compressive strength is significantly higher than those of epoxy resin and cyanate resin.In the tribological performance tests,polyurethane consistently demonstrates the lowest and most stable friction coefficient under all test conditions.Specifically,in the conditions of 0.5 MPa and 250 r/min,the wear mass of polyurethane is 81.8%and 37.5%less than those of epoxy resin and cyanate resin,respectively,under identical conditions.SEM analysis further confirms that at 0.7 MPa pressure,the polyurethane material only exhibits slight abrasive wear,and its surface morphology remains the smoothest,showing the best wear resistance.This study provides robust data supports for the applications of polyurethane materials in the water-lubricated bearings and offers valuable references for the selections of fiber winding water-lubricated bearings.
