摘  要:印刷油墨作为一种顽固污染物,是阻碍废旧聚乙烯(PE)树脂包装袋实现高质化利用的最大难题。本研究对油墨的组成进行了分析,研究了清洗剂成分和清洗工艺对油墨脱除效果的影响,并对比了脱墨前后PE薄膜的物理性能和外观。结果表明,油墨的主要成分为聚氨酯,使用乙酸丁酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)与氢氧化钠(NaOH)复配的清洗剂具有良好的脱墨能力,且在重复清洗10次仍保持较好的效果,采用搓洗机和添加磨粒的方式可增加摩擦作用从而提高脱墨效果,油墨去除率可达98.8%。此外,脱墨后包装袋薄膜的物理性能和外观与再生无油墨包装袋相近,可实现高质利用。As a stubborn pollutant,printing ink is the biggest problem that hinders the high-quality utilization of waste polyethylene(PE)resin packaging bags.In this study,the composition of the ink was analyzed,the influences of cleaning agent compositions and cleaning processes on the ink removal effects were studied,and the physical properties and appearance of PE films before and after deinking were compared.The results show that the main component of the ink is polyurethane.The butyl acetate,alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10)and sodium hydroxide(NaOH)mixed cleaning agent has a good deinking ability.After repeated cleaning 10 times,the mixed cleaning agent still maintains good deinking effect.The use of washing machine and adding abrasive particles could increase the friction effect and improve the deinking effect,the ink removal rate could reach 98.8%.In addition,the physical properties and appearance of the deinking packaging bag films are similar to those of recycled ink-free packaging bags,which could achieve high quality utilization.
