摘 要:为了探究硫辛酸/环氧树脂体系的固化动力学及其固化物的力学性能,采用差示扫描量热法对硫辛酸/环氧树脂固化体系进行动力学分析,选择5、10、15、20℃/min的升温速率在50~250℃进行固化。利用Starink方程计算出不同转化率下的活化能,得到该体系的平均活化能为60.39 kJ/mol。通过n级反应动力学模型和自催化模型2种方法对固化动力学方程进行拟合和对比,在转化率90%之前,拟合结果符合n级反应动力学模型,采用自催化模型的拟合度为0.999,拟合程度良好,完全符合固化过程,结果表明自催化模型更符合该体系的固化过程。固化物的拉伸强度为67.4 MPa,断裂伸长率为16.6%,弯曲强度为79.4 MPa,缺口冲击强度为1.5 kJ/m^(2)。对固化物进行粉碎,热压回收后固化物的力学性能较差。To investigate the curing kinetics and mechanical properties of thioctic acid/epoxy resin systems,the curing systems were analyzed by dynamic differential scanning calorimetry,and the curing reactions were respectively carried out at 5,10,15,and 20℃/min at 50-250℃.The activation energies at different conversion rates were calculated using the Starink equation,obtaining an average activation energy of 60.39 kJ/mol.The curing kinetics equations were fitted and compared using the n-level reaction kinetics model and autocatalytic model,and the fitting results were consistent with the n-level reaction kinetics model before the conversion rate was 90%.The results show that the fitting degree of autocatalytic model is 0.999 using the autocatalytic model,which fully conforms to the curing process,indicating that the autocatalytic model is more consistent with the curing process of the system.The tensile strength of the cured material is 67.4 MPa,the elongation at break is 16.6%,the bending strength is 79.4 MPa,and the notch impact strength is 1.5 kJ/m^(2).The mechanical properties of the cured material are poor after being crushed,hot pressed,and recovered.
