摘  要:本文以L-丙交酯和ε-己内酯为原料,制备了绿色可生物降解的聚(丙交酯-己内酯)(PLA-PCL)共聚物,并将其作为静电纺丝原料,利用静电纺丝技术制备了纳米纤维过滤膜。经核磁共振仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对共聚物的结构进行了分析。通过热重分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫面电镜、口罩过滤效率及气流阻力测试仪对电纺纤维膜进行分析与表征,研究了纺丝液中不同共聚物质量分数对纤维膜的结构与过滤效率的影响。结果表明,所制备的PLA-PCL共聚物结构与理论一致,成功合成了嵌段共聚物。随着纺丝液中共聚物质量分数的增加,纺丝液黏度升高,纤维的直径逐步均匀,纤维膜表面呈现粗糙变化趋势,纺丝3 h后对NaCl气溶胶颗粒的过滤效率达到99%,同时保持低压降。因此,PLA-PCL共聚物纤维膜是一种具有竞争力的医用防护口罩过滤层过滤材料,在理论和实际应用中具有重要作用。In this paper,a kind of green biodegradable poly(lactide-co-ε-caprolactone)(PLA-PCL)copolymer was prepared by using L-lactide andε-caprolactone as raw materials,and it was used as the electrospinning raw material to prepare nanofiber filter membrane by electrospinning technology.The structures of the copolymers were analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The electrospun fiber membranes were analyzed and characterized by thermogravimetric analyzer,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,mask filtration efficiency and airflow resistance tester.The effects of different copolymer mass fractions in the spinning solution on the structures and filtration efficiency of the fiber membranes were studied.The results show that the structures of the prepared PLA-PCL copolymers are consistent with the theoretical structures,and the block copolymers are successfully synthesized.With the increase of the copolymer mass fraction in the spinning solution,the viscosity of the spinning solution increases,the fiber diameter gradually becomes uniform,and the surface of the fiber membrane shows a rough trend.After a three-hour spinning,the filtration efficiency of NaCl aerosol particles reaches 99%,while maintaining a low pressure drop.Therefore,PLA-PCL copolymer fiber membrane is a competitive filter material for medical protective mask filter layer,which plays an important role in theory and practical applications.
