摘 要:导致桥梁高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)缆索护套开裂的两大关键因素为自身结构与加工过程导致的内应力和阳光中紫外线照射引发的光氧老化。本文在HDPE的表面喷涂聚脲后对样品进行张应力下的光氧老化试验,当聚脲层未破坏前,内部的HDPE完全不产生微裂纹,而一旦剥去聚脲层,HDPE护套表面裂纹就开始生长,聚脲涂层可以将普通HDPE护套使用寿命提升至少3倍,而且对于已经开裂的HDPE重新喷涂聚脲依然可以使得HDPE开裂速度降低到不修补的1/3。风载性能试验表明,缆索整体喷涂聚脲后,其抗风雨螺旋线得以很好保持,索体对风的阻力系数降低10%,抗风雨激振能力明显提升。在工厂自动化预制生产桥梁缆索的聚脲涂层不仅可保证质量可靠性,同时也为缆索施工带来便利性与安全性,与目前现有的其他紫外线屏蔽技术相比具有明显优势,是目前综合性能最好的缆索防护方案。The two key factors leading to the cracking of high density polyethylene(HDPE)cable sheaths in bridges are the internal stress caused by their own structures and the processing process,as well as the photo-oxidative aging triggered by ultraviolet rays in sunlight.In this paper,after spraying polyurea on the surface of HDPE,a photo-oxidative aging test under tensile stress was carried out on the samples.Before the polyurea layer was damaged,no micro-cracks were generated in the internal HDPE.However,once the polyurea layer was peeled off,cracks began to grow on the surface of the HDPE sheaths.The polyurea coating could increase the service life of ordinary HDPE sheaths by at least three times.Moreover,for the already cracked HDPE,respraying polyurea could still reduce the cracking rate of HDPE to one-third of that without repair.The wind-load performance test results show that after the cable is entirely sprayed with polyurea,its anti-wind-rain helix is well maintained,the drag coefficient of the cable body against the wind is reduced by 10%,and the anti-wind-rain galloping ability is significantly improved.Automatically pre-fabricating the polyurea coating of bridge cables in the factory could not only ensure quality reliability,but also bring convenience and safety to the cable constructions.Compared with other existing ultraviolet-shielding technologies,it has obvious advantages and is currently the cable protection solution with the best comprehensive performances.
