摘 要:社会的快速发展对蒸汽管网的安全、稳定、节能运行提出了更高的要求,需要更加准确地掌握蒸汽管网的动态运行规律。本文建立了蒸汽管网的水热力计算仿真模型,采用遗传算法与管网机理相结合的方法修正管段流阻系数,并用所提出的仿真计算方法分别探究了不同管道参数变化所对应的管道压力流量动态响应情况。通过实验计算结果显示,管道压力变化与管道流量变化息息相关,同时管长和管径参数与管道的压力动态响应特性密切相关。通过与传统计算流体动力学算法比较,本文所提出的仿真计算方法在计算管网不同管道参数的压力动态响应结果上具有较好的计算精度,适用于蒸汽管网在不同工况下的仿真研究和动态响应过程研究,可为应对管网突发状况提供有效手段,提高管网的运行调度安全性。The rapid development of society has put forward higher requirements for the safe,stable and energy-saving operation of the steam pipeline network,and it is necessary to more accurately grasp the dynamic operation law of the steam pipeline network.In this paper,a simulation model of hydrothermal calculation of the steam pipeline network is established,the flow resistance coefficient of the pipe section is corrected by the combination of genetic algorithm and pipeline network mechanism,and the dynamic response of pipeline pressure and flow corresponding to the change of different pipeline parameters is explored by the proposed simulation calculation method.The experimental results show that the pressure change of the pipeline is closely related to the change of the pipeline flow,and the parameters of pipe length and diameter are closely related to the dynamic response characteristics of the pipeline.Compared with the traditional computational fluid dynamics(CFD)algorithms,the simulation calculation method proposed in this paper has good calculation accuracy and fast calculation speed in calculating the dynamic response results of different pipeline parameters of the pipeline network,which is suitable for the simulation research and dynamic response process research and lightweight algorithm integration of the steam pipeline network under different working conditions,which provides an effective means to deal with the emergency situation of the pipeline network and improves the operation and scheduling safety of the pipeline network.
