融合与联动:特色小镇的全域旅游发展路径研究——以福建省南平市为例

摘　　要：特色小镇的设立具有推动城乡融合、实现新型城镇化、改善人居环境、保护地域文化等多重功能目标。全域旅游发展强调以旅游业与地方优势产业有机融合,建构复合型、开放协调的旅游产业空间系统。以福建省南平市的国家级、省级特色小镇为例,探索乡村全面振兴进程中全域旅游发展与特色小镇优势产业之间的良性互动,分析特色小镇发展存在的问题,提出打造产业特色,探索“+旅游”模式;改善服务供给,丰富旅游产品业态;营造文化场景,引导多元消费聚合;强化基础设施,融入区域旅游联动等特色小镇全域旅游发展的提升路径。The establishment of characteristic towns serves multiple functional goals,including promoting urban-rural integration,realizing new-type urbanization,improving the living environment,and protecting regional culture.The development of all-for-one tourism emphasizes the organic integration of the tourism industry with local advantageous industries to construct an open and coordinated plus composite spatial system for tourism industry.This paper takes the national and provincial characteristic towns in Nanping City in Fujian Province as examples to explore the positive interaction between all-for-one tourism development and the advantageous industries of characteristic towns in the process of all-around rural revitalization,and analyzes the existing problems in the development of characteristic towns.This study proposes four suggestions as follows:creating industrial characteristics and exploring the“+tourism”model;improving service supply and enriching tourism product formats;creating cultural scenarios and guiding the aggregation of diverse consumption;strengthening infrastructure to integrate into regional tourism interaction as the improvement paths for all-for-one tourism development in characteristic towns.
