摘  要:在短视频盛行的背景下,高校思想政治教育理论课既面临着机遇,也存在着挑战。一方面,短视频平台、算法推荐技术快速发展,为高校开展思想政治教育理论课提供了新的载体,丰富了教学内容、优化了教学手段。另一方面,也存在着思想政治教育理论课教育者主体地位淡化、受教育者认知固化等问题。高校要从提升思想政治教育理论课内容质量,转变话语体系、提升思政课亲和力,数字化赋能精准思政,优化教育模式、重塑师生关系,运用数字化手段、提高思政课数智水平方面采取措施,提高思想政治教育理论课教学实效。In the context of the prevalence of short videos,ideological and political education(IPE)theory courses in higher education institutions is confronted with both opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the rapid development of short video platforms and algorithmic recommendation technologies provides new vehicles for IPE theory courses in higher education,enriching teaching content and optimizing teaching methods.On the other hand,issues such as the weakening of the dominant role of IPE educators and the rigidification of students’cognition have emerged.This study proposes measures in five aspects to improve the effectiveness of IPE theory courses.These measures include enhancing the quality of IPE course content,transforming the discourse system to increase the affinity of IPE courses,empowering precise IPE through digital technology,optimizing the educational model and reshaping the teacher-student relationship,and utilizing digital means to improve the digital intelligence level of IPE courses.
