摘  要:燃煤电厂中烟气脱硫产生的大量固体废物脱硫石膏会导致环境污染和占用大量土地,如何将其转化为具有高附加值的资源产品具有重要的学术意义和实际价值。本文以内蒙古西部电厂的脱硫石膏为原料,采用常压盐溶液法,以廉价的MgCl_(2)为盐溶液、有机弱酸乙酸为pH调节剂,系统研究了Mg^(2+)浓度、乙酸用量及反应时间对形成半水硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响,通过XRD和SEM的表征发现,当[Mg^(2+)]=1.0 mol/L,pH=1~2,反应温度104℃,反应时间为4 h条件下,可制得直径为5~10μm,长度为50~100μm,长径比为10~20的高品质半水硫酸钙晶须,且含有Mg^(2+)的滤液经循环利用3次,转化率均达到60%以上,晶须产品性状在产量扩大4倍后依然保持稳定。该制备工艺条件温和、环境污染小,晶须质量较高,具有较好的工业化应用前景。The large amount of solid waste desulfurized gypsum(DG)produced by flue gas desulfurization in coal-fired power plants can cause environmental pollution and occupy a large amount of land.How to convert it into resource products with high added value has important academic significance and practical value.This article uses DG from the western power plant in Inner Mongolia as raw material,adopts the atmospheric pressure salt solution method,and uses cheap MgCl_(2) as the salt solution and organic weak acid acetic acid as the pH regulator.The effects of Mg^(2+)concentration,acetic acid dosage,and reaction time on the morphology of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers(CSWs)are systematically studied.XRD and SEM characterization show that the hemihydrate CSWs with high quality of diameter of 5-10μm,length of 50-100μm and aspect ratio of 10-20 were prepared under the conditions of[Mg^(2+)]=1.0 mol/L,pH=1-2,reaction temperature of 104℃,and reaction time 4 h.Furthermore,the filtrate containing Mg^(2+)can be recycled three times and have a conversion rate of over 60%.The characteristics of the CSW product remain stable even after four folds increase in scale.The preparation process has mild conditions,low environmental pollution,high quality of whiskers,and good scalable prospects in industry.
