摘  要:次氯酸盐(ClO^(-))是在生物体内形成的重要活性氧,快速、高灵敏度地检测痕量ClO^(-)对于早期了解由ClO^(-)浓度异常引起的疾病机理具有重要意义。ClO^(-)的不正常生成会导致组织损伤和相应的疾病。ClO^(-)含量的检测在生物系统中是非常必要的。为此,以香豆素衍生物作为荧光基团与具有较长发射波长的二氰基异氟尔酮和2-(2,6-二甲基-4H-吡喃-4-亚基)丙二腈通过脑文格缩合反应相连接,合成了两种对ClO^(-)具有特异性识别的新型荧光探针。该探针通过ClO^(-)的氧化性作用于γ和δ碳之间的双键部分形成五元噻吩环。对ClO^(-)的检测具有较高的选择性、较低的检出限和响应时间短等优点。该研究为生物体内由于ClO^(-)含量异常而引起相关疾病的早期诊断提供了新的思路,同时也为ClO^(-)相关疾病的精准诊断和治疗开辟了新方法。Hypochlorite is an important reactive oxygen species formed in organisms,highly sensitive and rapid detection of trace amounts of hypochlorite is of great significance for early understanding of the disease mechanism caused by abnormal hypochlorite concentration.Abnormal production of ClO^(-)can lead to tissue damage and corresponding disease.Detection of ClO^(-)content is essential in biological systems.In this work,we synthesized two novel fluorescent probes with specific recognition of hypochlorous acid by linking coumarin derivatives as fluorophores to dicyanoisoflurone and 2-(2,6-dimethyl-4H-pyrano-4-subunit)malononitrile with longer emission wavelengths through a Knoevenagel condensation reaction.The probe acts on the double-bond moiety between γ and δ-carbon to form a five-membered thiophene ring by the oxidation of ClO^(-).The detection of ClO^(-)has the advantages of high selectivity,low detection limit and short response time.This study provides a new idea for scholars to study the early diagnosis of related diseases caused by abnormal hypochlorous acid content in organisms,and also opens up a new method for accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
