摘 要:聚氨酯薄膜具有优异的力学性能和生物相容性,在生物医学领域有着广泛的应用,尤其是在导管固定领域。然而,聚氨酯薄膜低的水蒸气透过率易使水汽聚集在皮肤表面,导致导管脱落、伤口感染、使用不适等现象。以聚氨酯颗粒、PEG200为原料,在乙醇和二甲基甲酰胺为混合溶剂中制备聚氨酯成膜液,并通过涂布设备加热、刮涂制备具有高水蒸气透过率的聚氨酯薄膜。通过引入亲水性物质PEG200及致孔剂乙醇,采用亲水透湿和微孔透湿的协同作用显著提高聚氨酯薄膜的水蒸气透过率。实验结果表明,该自粘性聚氨酯薄膜的水蒸气透过率较国内市售的聚氨酯薄膜固定贴提高了342%,且使用长达7 d后,未出现导管脱落、皮肤致敏等现象。本研究为提高聚氨酯薄膜水蒸气透过率提供了一种新策略,有助于提高患者舒适度和降低导管感染率。Polyurethane membrane has excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility,and has been widely used in the biomedical field,especially in the field of catheter fixation.However,the low water vapor transmittance of polyurethane membrane easily causes water vapor to gather on the skin surface,leading to catheter shedding,wound infection,and discomfort in use.In this paper,polyurethane film-forming solution was prepared by using polyurethane particles and PEG200 as raw materials in mixed solvent of ethanol and dimethylformamide,and polyurethane film with high water vapor transmission was prepared by heating and scraping by coating equipment.Through the introduction of hydrophilic PEG200 and ethanol as pore-forming agent,the water vapor permeability of polyurethane membrane was significantly improved by the synergistic effect of hydrophilic and microporous permeability.The experimental results showed that the water vapor transmission rate of the self-adhesive polyurethane film was 342% higher than that of the domestic polyurethane film fixation dressing paste,and no phenomenon of catheter shedding and skin sensitization occurred after 7 days of use.This study provides a new strategy for improving the water vapor transmission rate of polyurethane membrane,and is helpful to improve patients’comfort and reduce catheter infection rate.
