摘  要:纤维素纳米晶(CNCs)的Zeta电位是制备虹彩膜的影响因素之一。目前,硫酸水解法制备CNCs的Zeta电位的绝对值一般高于40 mV,该性质保证了CNCs悬浮液的稳定性,但需要较长的水解时间。本研究以棉花为原料,控制反应时间,获得了Zeta电位接近-30 mV的CNCs,并研究用于制备虹彩膜的可行性。扫描电镜分析表明所得膜材料均具有指纹结构。通过控制超声预处理的时间,获得的CNCs基虹彩膜表现出了不同的螺距,且随着超声时间的延长,螺距呈现增大趋势。另外,所得虹彩膜的透光率亦与超声时间呈正相关趋势。本研究的结果表明,Zeta电位接近-30 mV的CNCs可用于制备CNCs虹彩膜,该CNCs的制备缩短了反应时间,降低了能耗,符合“双碳”背景的要求。The Zeta potential of CNCs is one of the influencing factors in the preparation of iridescent films.Additionally,±30 mV is the criterion for the dispersion stability of suspensions.Currently,the absolute value of the Zeta potential of CNCs prepared by the sulfuric acid hydrolysis method is generally higher than 40 mV,which ensures the stability of the CNCs suspension but requires a long hydrolysis time.In this study,cotton was used as the raw material,and the reaction time was controlled to obtain CNCs with a Zeta potential close to-30 mV,and the feasibility of using them for iridescent film preparation was investigated.Scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated that the obtained film all had fingerprint structures.By controlling the time of ultrasonic pretreatment,the CNCs-based iridescent films exhibited different pitches that increased with the extension of ultrasonic time.Moreover,the transmittance of the obtained iridescent films was positively correlated with the ultrasonic time.The results of this study suggest that CNCs with a Zeta potential close to-30 mV can be used to prepare CNCs iridescent films.The preparation of such CNCs shortens the reaction time and reduces energy consumption,which is in line with the requirements of the"double carbon"background.
