摘  要:制备了Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)复合材料,并对其进行了表征。研究MOF复合材料作为药物载体的可行性。采用Stöber方法制备Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)。将制备的Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)复合材料负载阿维菌素溶液,对其载药量及杀线虫效果进行评价。研究结果表明,LaMOF和Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)的不同时间段(24、48、72 h)的载药量分别为55.36%、14.41%、43.55%和45.41%、23.24%、53.49%。另外,Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)负载药物后,随着浓度的增大线虫死亡率逐渐增大,在72 h线虫校正死亡率最高达100%。因此,Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)复合材料具有较好的负载率和pH响应性能,其负载阿维菌素溶液后,在72 h线虫校正死亡率最高达100%。Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)composite material was prepared and characterized.The feasibility of multifunctional drug carrier was studied.Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)was synthesized by Stöber method.Then this composite material was loaded with abamectin(AVM)and its drug loading and nematicidal effects were evaluated.The present results indicate that the drug loading capacity of LaMOF at different time(24,48,72 h)were 55.36%,14.41% and 43.55%,respectively.The drug loading capacity of Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)at different time(24,48,72 h)were 45.41%,23.24% and 53.49%,respectively.After Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)loading with the drug,the nematicidal mortality rate gradually increased with the increase of concentration,and the nematicidal mortality rate was up to 100% at 72 h.Therefore,Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)material have good drug loading capacity and pH response.After Fe_(2)O_(3)/LaMOF@SiO_(2)loading with AVM,the nematicidal mortality rate was up to 100% at 72 h.
