摘　　要：我国已成为全球聚丙烯产量第一,生产工艺先进,催化剂实现了国产化。本文结合工业生产情况详细介绍了“聚合物制备工程”课程中的聚丙烯产量最大的Spheripol环管工艺流程,提出在“聚合物制备工程”课程里增补等规聚丙烯Spheripol环管工艺流程的建议。要求学生了解丙烯配位聚合基本理论、催化剂组成及国产化情况,聚丙烯生产的丙烯单体精制、催化剂配制和计量、液相本体Spheripol环管聚合、聚丙烯分离、单体回收和聚丙烯后处理过程,聚丙烯主要性能与应用,以及聚丙烯生产工艺和聚丙烯材料创新发展动态。在本节内容的教学过程中结合了我国丙烯环管聚合工艺的多位工程师的智慧和经验,参与教学内容的组织、课件和PPT制作。增强了学生们的工程意识,也使他们了解了我国聚丙烯工业的现状与先进性,培育了他们学化工与高材、爱化工与高材、今后做化工人和高材人的信心和决心。In China the production amount of iPP is the largest in the world.The advanced industrial production processes and the home-made catalysts are used for propylene polymerization.When teaching the manufacture engineering of polymer course the spheripol loop technology for producing the most amount of polypropylene are introduced in detail combining with the industrial production situation.The students are required to study the basic principle of propylene coordination polymerization,the catalytic manufacturing technology,as well as the propylene purification,the catalytic preparation and meterization,the liquid bulk spheripol loop polymerization,the product separation,the monomer recycling,and the post processing,the main properties and applications of polypropylene.The innovation and development of polypropylene materials and production process are also presented.In the teaching and learning process of this section,many engineers from the propylene spheripol loop polymerization plants in China are asked to contribute their wisdom and experience for making the teaching and learning plan and PPT.So the students have had more engineering idea and known the situation and advancements of the propylene polymerization industry.Our students are cultivated their confidence and determination in studying and loving the chemical engineering and polymeric materials.Many of them will make their life plan to do their best in the chemical engineering and polymer preparation industry.
