摘 要:为优化防磨护套选型设计,提升冷却水管防护性能及可靠性,介绍了防磨护套的作用与发展,以及试验方法、耐磨等级、类型及应用范围,同时,阐述了行业内耐磨试验的执行标准及耐磨等级的判定标准,为防磨护套选型设计提供试验数据和理论指导。研究结果将为相关领域提供有力支持。To optimize the selection and design of wear-resistant sheaths,and improve the protective performance and reliability of cooling water pipes.This article introduces the role and development of wear-resistant sheaths,as well as the testing methods for wear resistance levels,types,and application ranges.Additionally,the research clarifies the industry standards for wear resistance testing and the evaluation criteria for wear resistance grades,offering experimental data and theoretical guidance for the selection and design of protective sleeves.The findings are expected to deliver robust technical support to related fields.
