摘  要:研究了不同中层胶厚度对液压制动软管屈挠性能的影响。结果表明:填充在编织层之间的中层胶在液压制动软管运动过程中起到缓冲作用,减少了编织线的摩擦疲劳,有利于提升液压制动软管的屈挠性能;随着中层胶厚度的减小,液压制动软管的屈挠性能降低。通过建立理论模型,计算出将编织层之间空隙完全填充所需要的中层胶最小厚度,为液压制动软管中层胶厚度设计提供了理论依据和设计方法。The influence of different middle rubber thickness on the flexing performance of hydraulic brake hose was studied.The results show that the middle rubber filled between the braid layers acts as a buffer during the movement of the hydraulic brake hose,reduces the friction fatigue of the braid,and is conducive to improve the flexing performance of the hydraulic brake hose.With the decrease of the thickness of the middle rubber,the flexing performance decreases of the hydraulic brake hose.By establishing the theoretical model,the minimum value of the middle rubber thickness required to fill the gaps between the braided layers is calculated,which provides theoretical basis and design methods for the design of the middle rubber thickness of the hydraulic brake hose.
