摘 要:汽车翻滚事故是一种不常见但伤亡率较高的交通事故。翻滚过程中,车身运动复杂,可能会发生一次或者多次碰撞,严重威胁乘员安全。事故统计数据显示,目前主要的翻滚事故类型包括螺旋翻滚、边坡翻滚、沙地或路缘石绊翻等。探讨了汽车翻滚试验的开发流程,包括试验装置设计、试验方法制定、数据采集以及分析,通过建立系统性试验流程,模拟翻滚事故的发生,以评估车辆安全性能,优化车辆设计和约束系统性能,从而保护乘员安全。该试验开发旨在为相关研究提供方法参考。Vehicle rollover accidents are a relatively uncommon but highly fatal type of traffic accident.During a rollover,the vehicle's motion is complex,potentially involving single or multiple collisions,which pose a serious threat to occupant safety.Accident statistics indicate that the main types of rollover accidents include spiral rollovers,slope rollovers,and tripping over sand or curbs.This paper explores the development process of vehicle rollover testing,including the design of testing equipment,formulation of testing methods,data collection,and analysis.By establishing a systematic testing process,the occurrence of rollover accidents is simulated to evaluate vehicle safety performance,optimize vehicle design,and enhance the performance of restraint systems,thereby protecting occupant safety.The development of this testing aims to provide methodological references for related research.
